Every 101 Shoulder Rest is designed and manufactured in our California facility using materials sourced primarily in the USA. We use premium full grain leather from North American cowhide as tool leather which is ideal for shoulder holsters as it retains the deep mold of the weapon and magazine ensuring years of use without warping as it strengthens over time comfortably.

One of the distinctive features of the holster molding 101 is that each weapon fits within the frame of the assigned weapon. For example, the 101 made for the Glock 17 has a "GL 17" stamp on the back of the holster, and is also designed to fit the Glock models 19, 22, 23, 26, 27. In another example , the Colt 1911 made for Colt 1911 stamped "CO 1911" includes government figures, as well as commander and officer scale figures.

For black and tan leather cases, we start with natural leather cuts, then dip in black dye or tan oil to give it a unique color that no other manufacturer has. With this vision of perfection in mind, we created a special contoured top grain leather harness that prevents the mid section from moving up and places the weight of the weapon at the base of the neck. Instead, the pressure is on the shoulder muscles, where it belongs, preventing the pain that a poorly designed seat belt can cause. This comfort and flexibility is why this shoulder model is named Comfort-Flex®. It is easily adjustable with solid brass Chicago screws and injection molded retainers, and the shoulder straps accommodate chest sizes up to 62 inches and should be used with shoulder holsters.
The shoulder holster's rear strap attachment point is located on the lower edge of the holster, allowing for a diagonal (or angled) carry for maximum concealment, whether you plan to carry a full or sub-sized pistol. concise. On the other side is a dual magazine pouch to complement the pistol spec and spread the weight further. You can adjust the magazine retention with two tensioning screws that can be tightened or loosened with a flathead screwdriver.
